HOME PAGE - Smart Foundry - Foundry Robotics & Digital Twin
Start Where It Hurts Most
Current Reality:
Foundries struggle with labor shortages and hazardous tasks. Full automation of a whole foundry is a multi-year, multi-million dollar project that few can justify upfront. But isolated automation of specific pain points is achievable today.
Direction & Our Approach:
We focus on modular, incremental automation:
· Identify the Worst Jobs: Tasks like riser cutting, furnace charging, or heavy lifting are dangerous and hard to staff. Automate these first with dedicated robotic cells.
· Connect Step by Step: Once individual cells prove themselves, link them with conveyors or AGVs. The digital twin can start as a simulation of just one cell, then expand.
· Digital Twin as a Planning Tool: Before buying any hardware, we can build a virtual model of your proposed automation to verify cycle times, interference zones, and throughput.
What We Offer Now:
· Robotic cells for grinding, cutting, and palletizing (proven designs).
· AGV systems for mold and casting transport (1–10 tons).
· Digital twin simulations for layout planning and ROI validation.
· Integration services to connect new automation with existing equipment.
